I've been on Sk8 for about 2 months now.
How did you get on the Sk8 Skates team?
I got first place in a contest on Aboriginal Day. When I went up to collect my prizes Colin surprised me with an extra bag of product and said welcome to the team. I was speechless.
What made you want to ride for Sk8 Skates?
As a kid I looked up to many of the guys who ride for Sk8 Skates. They always had the gnarliest video parts, and were always killing it at the parks. The whole team seemed like best friends which I thought was so rad.
What’s the gnarliest trick to go down in Winnipeg?
Brock Anderson switch blunt the parkade 11.
Who would you want to put on the team next?
Devon Tait because he has such a unique style, always killing it in the streets and is such sweet dude to be around.

Best Sk8 Skates memory?
The whole team went out to this guys ramp right outside of Brandon. It was sweet cause the ramp was inside a barn. That day was the first day I got to see Mitch Lavoie actually skate and I was mind blown, That guys good! The funniest part about that day was when Austin cleaned up his beer with Quentin's sweater, the look on Quentin's face was priceless.
